Springside Lofts and Springside Lofts 55+, newly launched condominium communities in Mercer County, are aiming to blend traditional housing with active adult living in a single development.

Sharbell Development Corp. is building the 150-unit residential project in Robbinsville. It will include 100 condominiums spread across two buildings, along with a separate 50-unit building reserved for residents 55 and older.

Units at Springside Lofts include one- and two-bedroom layouts ranging from about 849 to 1,454 square feet.
