EXPERIENCED SALES MANAGER We are seeking an experienced sales manager for a new 122-unit active adult community in Hamilton Township, Mercer County.  Must be a licensed New Jersey RE agent with a minimum of three years’ experience selling new homes (preferably “active-adult”) no exceptions.
Responsibilities will include: Engaging prospects, establishing a relationship, qualifying and determining their home buying needs; Accompany prospects through the Sales Center, models, and inventory homes; Answering questions and providing information about the community and discussing features of the home; Provide timely and consistent follow-through with customers from initial contact; the purchase and financing process, through all closing and post-closing activities; Participate in weekly sales and construction meetings; Monitor and record daily customer traffic; Periodically gather data and prepare reports for management review; Monitor condition of Sales Center, models and inventory homes, communicating with field and office staff on maintenance issues and ensuring issues are remedied; Perform competitive market analyses on similar communities in the area
Qualifications: College degree preferred; Minimum 3 years proven experience in New Home Sales with a home builder; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Intermediate to advanced PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Mark Systems); Ability to prepare written documentation and complete contract calculations; Typical work week Friday thru Tuesday, must work weekends;
