MANTOLOKING, N.J., Sharbell Development Corp. is officially sold out at its hugely popular beach home community in Mantoloking, NJ. Known as “Normandy Beach” this collection of 21 homes is located just one mile from both ocean and bay. Homes featured 5 bedrooms and up to 3800 SF of living space and some also boasted spectacular water views.
“Buyers really loved the idea of purchasing a brand new home that meets all current codes,” says Josie Weathers, sales manager for Sharbell. “They also appreciated being able to choose all of their interior options at our company design studio. Some buyers have already moved in and have been enjoying the summer season on the Barnegat Bay. Most homes are still under construction and are expected to be completed by next summer.
